Blu House Properties was founded by Ryan Ogle. After working for a couple of different brokers in Grand Rapids, Ryan brought the vision of Blu House Properties to life. The vision includes a tight knit group of energetic professionals that are well educated in business and real estate matters to focus on providing a memorable and valuable home buying or selling experience.

Blu House Properties has accomplished many things including over 75 million dollars in real estate transactions and maintaining a local office in the Uptown Business District. We’ve created a presence around West Michigan by joining Local First, Business Neighborhood Associations, and the local Chamber of Commerce. Blu House also gives back to the community by volunteering our time at charities, churches, and neighborhood associations.
