Showing Rules – Must Read
Please select the property you would like to show and fill out the requested information. If the property is vacant you will be immediately emailed the lockbox combination along with showing instructions.
If the property is currently occupied or has a tenant, someone will email you back within 12 business hours confirming the date and time you requested along with showing instructions.
If your showing request is for an appraisal, inspection or BPO you must contact Ryan Ogle before entering the property, even if the property is vacant. (616) 901-4541
