After graduating from Calvin College in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chris continued in the family business, Dar-V-Don LLC, as Sales Manager. Over the past ten years he has established fifteen million square feet of building management contracts for the University of Michigan, Ohio State University, Grand Valley State University, Louisiana State University, University of Chicago, Illinois State University, Ferris State University, National Heritage Academies, Indiana State University, and the University of Dayton
Chris began a real estate venture, STAC Holdings LLC, in 2007. The company invests in multi-unit rental properties in the Grand Rapids area. Recent downtown development makes the city an appealing place for investment. The creation of the medical corridor and the presence of the Michigan State University Medical School, creates a significant increase in demand for residential and commercial rental property.
Chris is co-owner of bluhouse Property Management and joined the bluhouse Properties team as an Investment Specialist in 2008.
Chris looks forward to working with clients interested in building a West Michigan area real estate investment portfolio.
